Q&A
Are they battery cameras? No. They are powered by the Type-C cable.
Does it connect to the 5ghz wifi? No. It only connects with 2.4ghz wifi. You can check if the router supports 2.4ghz wifi first.
Do I have to pay the cloud service? No. The cloud service is optional and can be replaced by SD card (not included). The motion alert function is free to use.
What if I can't connect the camera? Firstly, please confirm you have turned on 2.4ghz wifi. Then please ensure the indicator light is flashing blue twice (which means the camera is ready for connection) before you scan the QR code.
What if a SD card is inserted but not recognized? If you insert a SD card but no memory card storage function, you can format the card to FAT 32; try another SD card; restart the camera and update its firmware.
